6 week training program to set you up for success at your next cheerleading tryout.
4 workouts each week.
30 minutes per session.
Develop strength, stability, and explosive power to show judges and coaches how you will be a strong contributor to their team or program.
You will need access to a regular gym, or basic equipment at home.
2 sets of dumbbells (10s, and 25s)
box (height between 18 and 24 inches)
Medball (10 to 14 lbs)
